StaffPeek is a desktop team WhatsApp monitor and CRM product of WappBlaster. This policy explains how account and product data is handled when you use StaffPeek.
Account information
When you Start Free on StaffPeek, you create a WappBlaster account with contact details used for licensing, support, and billing. We use this information to activate your desktop license and respond to support requests.
WhatsApp session data
StaffPeek runs on your licensed desktop and connects staff WhatsApp Business sessions you add. Conversation data stays in your team's workflow on that machine — StaffPeek is designed for manager visibility on business accounts you configure, not for selling chat data.
How we use data
- Provide and renew StaffPeek licenses
- Authenticate sign-in and sync license status
- Offer customer support and product updates
- Improve reliability and security of the desktop app
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Payment processing uses WappBlaster secure checkout. We retain account records as long as your license is active and as required for legal and billing purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting support@wappblaster.com. Uninstall StaffPeek and remove staff sessions from the app when you no longer need monitoring on a desktop.
